03 : About me

Hello!

I'm a second-year Computer Engineering major at Georgia Tech with concentrations in Distributed System & Software Design and Robotics. I've had an interest in going into software engineering for hardware systems, having participated in the FIRST Robotics program as well as building animatronics during high school. Now, I'm part of a research team and aim to utilize the skills I've learned and continue to develop in a summer 2025 internship.
Some of the projects I've worked on, through extracurriculars, classes, or just personally, are highlighted on this website.

Skills

  • Programming: Java, Python, C, JavaScript, CSS, HTML (CIW Site Development Associate)
  • Hardware: Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Mbed, CTR Electronics
  • Software: OpenCV, GitHub, WordPress, Visual Studio Code, Microsoft Office tools
  • Professional Organizations: Georgia Tech Society of Women Engineers, Japanese Student Association
  • Languages: Japanese (native), English (fluent), French (intermediate)

Career Goals

While At Tech:

I want to do research that relates to robotics (specifically animatronics), hopefully in the Vertcially Integrated Project (VIP) team that I'm currently part of, in the future as well. I'm also interested in getting internships for the summer in various areas so I can figure out what application of robotics or software development I'm most interested in.

Beyond College:

I want to make sure that I can stay updated on the latest technology during the course of my career, such as the recent growth in A.I. while leaving time to keep working on personal projects based on my interests.
